Signing the contract (from left to right): Andreas Engelhardt, Managing Partner & CEO of Schüco International KG, Edgar Stemeseder, Managing Director of the Stemeseder Group, Dr Walter Stadlbauer, CTO/COO of Schüco International KG.

Schüco and Stemeseder joined forces back in July 2023 and have been collaborating on the Perfect system. With the acquisition of a minority stake in the Austrian Stemeseder Group by Schüco International KG, the two companies are consolidating their partnership. With the alliance now concluded, the two companies are further expanding their partnership in development, production and sales.

Dr Walter Stadlbauer, CTO/COO at Schüco, says, “As one of Europe’s leading providers of timber/aluminium systems as well as in the field of product solutions covering all materials, the Stemeseder Group is a strong partner for us. The Perfect module in particular is a valuable addition to our product portfolio and represents real added value for our Schüco partners in the area of fabrication and installation, as well as in terms of value creation and warranty.” He adds,”We are looking forward to pooling our expertise and making highly innovative products available to the market across all materials and in line with customer needs.”

Edgar Stemeseder, who continues to be the majority shareholder in the Stemeseder Group, says, “As a traditional family business, we set high standards and stand for quality, innovation and sustainability. Schüco shares the same values as us, which makes them the perfect fit. I am looking forward to working together: with the selling power and strength of the Schüco brand, our Perfect system will achieve deep market penetration and Stemeseder will continue to expand its growth as a result.”

The Schüco Perfect product is the result of the successful collaboration between Schüco and Stemeseder. The Schüco opening unit is combined with the Perfect module from Stemeseder to form a single unit and individually fitted with sun shading and a flyscreen, a window sill, a safety barrier or a threshold. Fully prefabricated modules mean that unnecessary interfaces can be avoided. This significantly minimises the amount of planning, fabrication and installation.
The minority stake of Schüco International KG in the Stemeseder Group is subject to the approval of the competition authorities.
