From Wednesday, exhibition halls 4 and 4A of the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg will again be filled with fire protection experts from all over Europe: FeuerTrutz starts on 21 June 2023 with around 250 exhibitors (17 % international) presenting the latest trend products for fire prevention and fire containment. On the two days of the fair, there will also be an exciting accompanying programme with many new highlights and numerous networking opportunities for manufacturers, installers, specialist planners, fire protection officers and architects from the fields of structural, systems engineering and organisational fire protection. The Fire Protection Congress again promises a top-class programme.
The international trade fair with congress for preventive fire protection is regarded as one of the most important industry meeting places for the European fire protection community and will once again live up to this reputation in 2023: around 250 exhibitors from 17 countries are expected in Nuremberg, and two new specialist forums will intensify the numerous opportunities for expanding knowledge. “Together with our partner RM Rudolf Müller Medien, we have again been able to put together a programme for visitors to FeuerTrutz 2023 that is second to none. Those who take advantage of these opportunities will in any case be up to date on all trends and richer by many valuable contacts. We are looking forward to two colourful and extremely promising exhibition days,” says Stefan Dittrich, Head of FeuerTrutz, NürnbergMesse. Around 1,000 participants are expected at the Fire Protection Congress taking place in parallel on site and online. “Divided into three congress tracks, we will once again offer participants a top-class advanced training programme focusing on fire protection in existing buildings, risks and concepts for rechargeable batteries and other energy storage systems, as well as effective fire protection in modern wooden buildings,” says André Gesellchen, Head of Fire Protection Programme, RM Rudolf Müller Medien.
Focus on digitalisation and handling hazardous materials
Creating fire protection concepts with modern software, digital documentation, digital communication, AI and robotics in fire protection are some of the highlight topics in the new Forum Making Digitalisation Practical in Hall 4, Stand 4-123. The forum offers a combination of power pitches, interviews with practical dialogues and product presentations that are entirely geared to the requirements of the industry. Also taking place for the first time at FeuerTrutz 2023 is the Forum by asecos academy in Hall 4, Stand 4-440. Combined with well-prepared background knowledge, live explosions, deflagrations and other chemical reactions will vividly raise awareness of the safe and correct handling of hazardous substances. On the first day of the fair at 1 p.m., this forum will also host the “Red Sofa” panel discussion on the subject of critical infrastructure failure.
