Smartcom Pro connects alarm systems to Texecom’s digital ecosystem, Texecom Cloud, Texecom Connect, and Texecom Monitor, giving installers the tools to work more efficiently, generate recurring revenue, and deliver smarter services to their customers.

Smartcom Pro is fully compatible with Texecom Premier Elite panels, unlocking the complete suite of digital services including remote management, app control, and professional monitoring.
For third-party panels that support PIN integration, Smartcom Pro provides direct access to Texecom Monitor, enabling installers to offer professional ARC monitoring without changing out existing systems. This creates new opportunities to generate long-term recurring revenue while strengthening customer trust.
Reliability and simplicity
Smartcom Pro is available in multiple versions to suit different site requirements, including a Dual Radio (DR) option that uses two independent mobile networks for maximum uptime and resilience. All models use Texecom’s secure private APN for safe, reliable alarm signalling.
Installation is fast and simple with plug & play commissioning, QR code setup, and Wifi access point options, designed to save installers time on site and reduce handover complexity.
